BEFORE YOU BOOK

To reserve your session date, a $100 booking deposit is required.

This deposit is fully refundable until pre-production begins.

Once pre-production starts, the total session fee is divided into three equal payments:

Pre-production (⅓) — due before planning begins.

* Production (⅓) — due immediately after the photoshoot.

* Post-production (⅓) — due after receiving the first 5 edited preview images and before the full gallery is delivered.

This payment structure reflects every stage of creating your final artwork.

The $100 booking deposit is refundable only until pre-production begins.

Once work has started, payments for completed stages are non-refundable.

Any production expenses already incurred on your behalf—including studio rental, permits, props, florals, wardrobe rentals, travel, accommodation, or similar costs—are also non-refundable.

Delivery through a private online gallery

From our very first conversation to the final gallery, I’ll guide you through every step of the creative process.

Travel, studio rental, permits, props, florals, wardrobe rentals, professional hair & makeup, assistants, accommodation (if required), and any other production-related expenses are billed separately and are covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Editing is an essential part of my artistic process.

Every delivered photograph is edited in my signature style. I perform natural retouching only and do not alter permanent facial features, body shape, or other defining characteristics.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my portfolio and agree to receive photographs edited in this style.

RAW files are not delivered.

Image selection and editing are completed exclusively by the photographer.

The first 5 edited preview images will be delivered before the final payment.

Once the remaining balance has been received, the complete gallery will be delivered through a private online gallery.

You will receive your done photos within 2 weeks after the date of the photoshoot

The gallery remains available for download for 30 days after delivery.

Selected photographs may be used in my portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, competitions, publications, and other promotional materials.

Travel outside Metro Vancouver, accommodation (if required), studio rental, permits, and other production-related expenses are billed separately.

Each session is created specifically for you.

While references are welcome, I don’t recreate another artist’s work. Every concept is developed to fit your story while staying true to my artistic vision and style.
